I visited the campground for a week and found the people very friendly and the park quiet. I like the proximity to the canal, it is fun to watch the boats go by and the fish jump. The park is dog friendly, too. The park is a casual place about 45 minutes from Fort Myers, if you don't get lost! Yes, the sites are close together but everyone respects your privacy. Meadowlark Campground is a great place to visit!
Watch out for low branches. Nice people. Fun activities.
