Lunch special is hearty and delicious. Baked Chicken was moist, beans, rice and collards were nicely flavored plus ice tea all for an amazing $6.99. A winner. Little place, 5 tables and easy to miss. Nice staff.
Very small, hole in the wall style (my favorite) that you would never guess could put out such great food! We were looking for a place for some breakfast...not a chain but a local diner because my experience is that they are always the best. We were NOT disappointed! We had home-cooked breakfast at the all you can eat breakfast bar. I was so full when I left that I knew I wouldn't eat again for quite some time and it was delicious! This appears to be a family owned business. They also serve BBQ that is cooked outside in the barrel cooker. I wanted to get some so bad but have to wait till next trip because it began to rain and I went on back to Orlando. Everything they serve is homemade. This is a good Southern Soul Food diner so if you like Ox Tails, BBQ, Potato Salad, Mac n Cheese, Collard Greens cooked the old fashioned way, this is your place to be! Just trust me on this!!! We loved it!!
